Attitude

All E-Webbers have an attitude that values learning. Through everyday curiousity, we are both self-taught and seek out mentoring and advice from people, books, blogs and even personal challenges in order to continuously learn. We are also generous in teaching others – that is, learning is a two-way road for an E-Webber.

Change is also an integral part of our attitude – the readiness to accept and embrace change as well as actively pursue and initiate it when circumstances call for it. Many E-Webbers also experience such change in their personal growth, wherein through learning and maturing they undergo significant change as an individual within their team.

Passion

As well as a passion for learning, growth, and taking on new challenges in a broader sense of the word, passion is also a crucial element for all E-Webbers within the industry that we work in. All members of our team share a passion for business and online marketing, with many running their own personal blogs, sites and projects on the side.

E-Web Marketing prides itself on being a leader in the online marketing industry, and this comes from the culmination of the passion and creativity of our team members. Able to think outside the box in order to seek out both solutions and opportunities, we move forward at rapid paces and set ourselves apart from the rest.

Team

Our team is more like a family group, with this translated into our core values under ‘Build a Positive Team’. This kind of culture depends on the care for each individual, across all professional and personal levels. Whether it be helping each other on a work-related project, or assisting each other in a time of personal need, all members have to hold the capacity to look beyond themselves and seek out how they can best serve those around them.

Our challenges and wins are met as a team, and in this way we both work and celebrate together. All E-Webbers are open-minded, friendly, easily approachable and team-oriented.
