At E-Web Marketing, it is part of our core values to build a positive team. In our open-plan office, smiles are contagious, high fives are rampant and you’ll always have someone at the ready to help you out in person when you need it.
E-Webbers bond over the company gong, printer malfunctions, birthday cakes, ping pong tables, ranking reports, reading books, foosball games, kitchen microwaves, happy hour coffee, slurpees in summer, client meetings and gold stars – and with all these powers combined, we have the pleasure of going to work with the sense that we’re about to go hang out with our friends rather than just attend a workplace.
We work hard – always coaching each other, combining skills, encouraging each other, sharing new books and proving ourselves unstoppable as a team on online marketing campaigns. But we also play hard, too – themed dress ups, laser tag, Christmas scavenger hunts, video game tournaments and more. Together as a team we are able to grow and develop ourselves side by side with people that begin as colleagues, become close friends and end up as family.
