Hi, I’m Kiri, and I am an Account Manager at E-Web Marketing. I currently manage over 40 different online marketing campaigns from clients ranging from small mum and pop clothing businesses to well-known organisations such as Crowne Plaza, Grant Thornton, Brydens Law Firm and Arthur Murray.
How Did I End Up Here?
Like any fresh graduate, I was keen to earn some money and then travel to Europe for the summer. Needing a job ASAP, I applied for an event management role on Seek, which somehow led to a job interview with E-Web Marketing. I had less than a day’s notice for preparation but I got the job three interviews later, still having no idea what industry I was getting into.
I’ve now been at E-Web for just over a year and a half and I love it! It is never a drag waking up in the morning to come to work. My colleagues are more like close friends, and dealing with my clients is always fun and interesting. All through high school and university, study was never something I even thought about. I have really surprised myself with how much I have thrown myself back into continued learning at E-Web through books, trade magazines, online blogs and websites. I actually get excited when I see a whole new stack of E-Web Library books arrive at our office from Amazon!
