Account Management Team Role Description
The account manager role involves liaising with clients on a regular basis to keep them informed and co-ordinate all levels of their campaign to an extent that both meets and exceeds their expectations. Through monthly reporting and calls you will become the hub to communicate all that is required form the production teams and be involved in forecasting future plans and help selling where required.
Becoming each client’s partner in business, you will be guiding clients through all aspects of online marketing by giving business, SEO and marketing advice. Through reading, listening and learning from experience, you are constantly given the opportunity to test your abilities and grow – enjoying the fulfilment of watching your own individual success while helping other people achieve their own goals, too.
